Loach Poori




Traditionally from Punjab, Loach Poori is a special type of Indian bread, specially eaten at breakfast time. The word ‘loach’ means elastic stretchy texture. The dough for Loach Poori and Bhatura are basically the same. It pairs well with cholay (curried chickpeas).
