Lissi (Botanical name, Illicium griffuhii) is a high altitude tree, which is perfect for mixed plantations. It is cultivated for its fruits, which are recognized as spice and medicine.
Propagation is by seeds and branch cuttings. It grows well in Arunachal Pradesh.
