Leafbird




Leafbird is a small passerine bird species commonly found in India and southeast Asia. It is a bulbul-like forest bird; sexually dimorphic, with the males being brightly plumaged, usually in greens and yellows.

Leafbird mainly feeds on fruit and nectar. The bird has a long sharp pointed tongue, suitable for nectar feeding. The bird lays 2 to 3 eggs.
