Kuriakose Elias College, named after Kuriakose Elias Chavara (co-founder of the CMI), is a first-grade college situated at
Mannanam in
Kottayam District. Established in 1964, the college is affiliated to
Mahatma Gandhi University.
The college offers bachelors and masters degrees in the fields of science, arts and commerce. The entire infrastructure includes computer labs, well-equipped libraries and laboratories, a prayer hall and guidance and counseling center. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls.
