Kunnathu Sri Mahadeva Temple

Kunnathu Sri Mahadeva Temple is located at Kudappanakunnu, 2 km from Peroorkada in Thiruvananthapuram. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Other deities worshiped are Lord Ganesh and snake gods.

The temple celebrates its annual festival during December-January. Mahashivaratri is held here amid much pomp and splendor. Ganapathy Homa and Mrityunjaya Homa are the main offerings.

Regular buses are available from City Bus Station (at East Fort) to Kudappanakkunnu. Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station is around 8 km away.
