Kongad Thirumandhamkunnu Bhagavathy Kshetram is located at Kongad in Palakkad District. The temple is said to have been constructed by Madappilappally Namboodri in the year 1570. The temple deity is Bhagavati, an incarnation of Goddess Shakti. This temple is situated on a hillock and can be reached by a flight of stairs on the northern side of the temple.

The unique feature of this temple is that it is similar to that of Thirumandhamkunnu Temple at Angadipuram. Goddess Bhagavati faces north and Lord Shiva to the east. The shrikovil of the Kongad temple and the position of Lord Shiva are the same as that of Thirumandhamkunnu Temple.
