Kheema




Kheema refers to almost any kind of ground meat dish in Indian cuisine. In India, it usually refers to mutton. It is cooked with various spices and some vegetables to make a rich dish. Kheema is used for making stuffed parathas and naans. It is simply delicious when it is served with rice or any kind of Indian bread.
