Khasta Roti




Khasta Roti is an unleavened, whole wheat bread flavored with ajwain (carom seeds). Baked in a tandoor, this bread is made from a firm dough of flour, butter, and milk. It is then rolled into 4 inch circles and oven-baked. It is like a biscuit, crisp, but also soft.
