Kettukari, also known as Shareeravadi, is a wooden weapon used in
Kalaripayattu, the martial art of
Kerala. It is a long rod made of solid cane about 5 ft in height. The fight with this twelve spanner rod is called Koltari ankam. Sometimes a spearhead is attached to this long rod and it is used as a spear.
