Kesanapalli




Kesanapalli is a village in Guntur District and is 12 km from Dachepalli and 95 km from Guntur town. A hillock outside the village revealed ruins of a stupa and vihara. Excavations at Kesanapalli also include a broken octagonal shaft containing a four-lined inscription and few limestone slabs bearing lotus. Label inscriptions are seen in some of these slabs.
