Kena Upanishad is one of the 108
Upanishads and belongs to the Sama Veda.
Kena Upanishad has four sections. The first two sections are in verse form, and the other two in prose. Kena Upanishad mentions that Para Vidya (knowledge of the Absolute) is possible only for those who are able to withdraw their thoughts from worldly life. Para Vidya leads to Karma Mukti (deliverance).
Kena Upanishad is also known as Talavakara.
