Kavvayi River




A small west flowing river of Kerala, Kavvayi River originates at Cheemeni in Kasargod District and traverses through Kannur District before draining into the Arabian Sea.

The river is about 31 km long and it has no tributaries. Payyanur and Karivellur are the major places on the bank of the river.
