Kaushak Mahal

Built by Mehmood Shah Khilji of Malwa, Kaushak Mahal is situated at Chanderi in the Guna District of Madhya Pradesh. Though standing in a half ruined condition, this seven storeyed palace is an imposing building of some grandeur. Several well-maintained palaces are situated nearby. All these palaces are built in the 18th century by the Bundela Chiefs of Chanderi.
