Karmendriyas is a term very commonly used in Yoga. The term refers to the organs of action ('karm' means 'work', and 'indriyas' are 'the sense organs'). The five karmendriyas are vach (speaking), pani (grasping), pada (moving), payu (eliminating) and upastha (procreating). The mouth serves as a karmendriya since it performs the function of speech. The hand (grasping), the leg (walking), the anus (excretion) and the genitals (procreation), are all karmendriyas.
