Kap




Kap is situated 20 km south-west of Parwa, on Yavatmal District’s border with Nanded District, in Maharashtra. It is 7 km south-east of Savali and about 15 km from Sayatkharda. Sindkhed is 6 km south, on the other side of the border.

Resorts catering to wildlife addicts are Painganga Wildlife Sanctuary and Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary . Chintamani of Kalamb, Shri Ranganath Swami Temple at Wani and Sahstrakund Waterfalls are other places of tourist interest around. Kawal Wildlife Sanctuary, Pranahita Wildlife Sanctuary and Sivaram Wildlife Sanctuary are wildlife sanctums in Adilabad District, within easy access from Kap.

Sonegaon Airport at Nagpur and Ambari Railway Station serve Kap.
