Kambal Tank

Kambal Tank is located in the heart of Rajahmundry. It was dug in the 18th century and the mud from the tank was used to construct Kambhala Cheruvu, a choultry which is in ruins.

The water from nearby villages and other places flows into the pond. A unique feature of this pond is that it has water in all seasons.
