Kamba Ramayana contains over 10,000 verses of four lines each. It retells the story of Lord Ram in a new way with the use of simile, rhyme and astonishing variety of poetry. In Kamba Ramayana, the poet treats Lord Ram as the incarnation of Lord Tirumal (Lord Vishnu).
