Kamani Masjid is situated at
Champaner, an ancient town situated at the base of the Pavagadh Hill in
Gujarat. This ancient mosque is now in a dilapidated condition - only a few domes and columns remain. The pot and foliage motif can be discerned on the graffiti strewn western wall. The only way to access it is to walk the derelict railway line.
