Kalaigaon is located in northern
Assam's
Darrang District and is 25 km from
Mangaldoi. It is surrounded by
Khoirabari in the west,
Paneri in the north, Kharupatia in the east, and Patharughat in the south. The town is famous for two religious places namely Murha Deur Thaan and Kamakshya Devalaya.
Khoirabari is the nearest railhead.
