Jama Masjid

A mosque

Jama Masjid is a typical Mughal mosque which lies to the west of the Hussainabad Imambara. The construction work of this Masjid was started by Nawab Muhammad Ali Shah in 1840 and was completed by his Begum, Malika Jahan. The mosque is free from the pseudo-Italian art which was in vogue during that time.
