A place of historical interest, Jaljali is 8 km north-west of
Mangaldoi. It was an important place during the reign of Darrangi Rajas. There is a large pond situated here which stands in memory of these erstwhile rulers.
Jaljali is accessible by road from Mangaldoi, 70 km west of Guwahati.
