Indian Rock Python (Python molurus) is a non-venomous snake, which kills its prey by constriction. The snake feeds on warm-blooded animals. Indian pythons grow to a length of approximately 4 m. The average life span is 40 years. Female lays 60-100 eggs.
Diet consists of small deer, domestic goats, big cats, jackals, squirrels, rats, hares, mongoose, birds and dogs.
