Huliyurdurga is located in Tumkur District of Karnataka. It is about 60 km south of Tumkur and is 80 km from Bangalore. It was a hill fort maintained by Kempe Gowda.
Surrounded by steep hills, Huliyuramma is dotted with temples steeped in antiquity. Most of the temples are in a state of neglect.
