Howrah-Mumbai Mail runs between Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) Railway Station in Maharashtra and Howrah Railway Station in West Bengal. There are two different routes. Both trains operate daily and first A/C, second A/C, third A/C and sleeper class coaches are available.

Train nos. 2321 and 2322
Main towns on the way are Bardhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, Gaya, Mirzapur, Allahabad, Katni, Itarsi, Manmad, Nasik and Dadar. They cover a distance of 2,181 km.

Train number 2321: Howrah to Mumbai, leaves Howrah at 22:00 hrs.
Train number 2322: Mumbai to Howrah, leaves Mumbai at 21:25 hrs.

Train nos. 2809 and 2810
They touch the towns of Nasik, Dadar, Manmad, Akola, Wardha, Nagpur, Durg, Raipur and Rourkela on the way and cover a distance of 1,969 km.

Train number 2809: Mumbai to Howrah, leaves Mumbai at 20:40 hrs.
Train number 2810: Howrah to Mumbai, leaves Howrah at 19:30 hrs.
