Hirehattihole




Hirehattihole village located at Khanapur Taluk in Belgaum District of Karnataka, is enriched with Jain heritage and is considered an important Jain center. Hirehattihole is renowned for the two Jain temples of the Adinath and Parshwanath.

The Adinath temple is an ancient Jain temple devoted to Bhagvan Adinath. The idol black in color, is found in the kayotsarga posture. The other temple constructed in 1952 is dedicated to Bhagvan Parshwanath.

Hirehattihole is accessible from Khanapur and Belgaum. Belgaum Railway Station and Belgaum Airport facilitate the tourists to this region.
