Herring Gull




Herring Gull (Larus argentatus) is a large noisy gull. Adults have light grey backs, white underparts, and black wing tips. Its legs are pink with webbed feet. The heavy slightly hooked bills are marked with a red spot.

Herring Gull is omnivorous and a scavenger. It is commonly seen in coasts and inland around rubbish tips, fields, large reservoirs and lakes.
