Hedulo

Hedulo (Ceropegia bulbosa) is a slender fleshy twining herb common in dry areas near the Western Ghats. It belongs to the family Asclepiadaceae. The tubers and leaves are edible, and no adverse effect is reported from this plant.

Hedulo is considered a tonic, digestive and aphrodisiac. It is used to cure cold and eye diseases.
