Gerbera (Gerbera jamesonii) are year round flowers, used for cut flowers, which give color and beauty to home. It comes in white, cream, yellow, orange-pink, purple and violet.
The plant can be grown in gardens, mixed containers, and pots. Leaves are medium sized with green color and spreading out in a circle parallel to the ground. Propagation is achieved by seeds and basal cuttings, or through dividing.
It is also known as Barberton daisy, African daisy and Transvaal daisy.
