Gaul is a small town situated towards the north-western part of Khandwa District in western Madhya Pradesh. The town is about 28 km north-west of Mund and 50 km north of Khandwa. Indore is 85 km away from Gaul.
Mandhata Hill, pilgrim center of Mandleshwar, Omkareshwar Dam and Omkareshwar Shivlinga Temple are the famous tourist spots.
