Gandhari Amman Kovil




Gandhari Amman Kovil is a revered shrine located between Statue Junction and Pulimoodu in Thiruvananthapuram. This shrine enshrines Gandhari Amman as the principal deity. The complex also has temples dedicated to Lord Ganesh, Nagaraj and Manthramurthi. Large number of devotees visit the temple daily. Chithra Poornima, celebrated in the month of May, is the major festival in this temple. Mahatma Gandhi Road (M G Road) passes through Pulimoodu. Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station (1.5 km) and Trivandrum International Airport (6.5 km) are the nearest access points.
