Established in 2001, G V Centre for Performing Arts promotes various art forms. This non-profit organization is located on Avinashi Road in
Coimbatore.
It conducts many stage performances and dance programs in various parts of India including Chennai and Bangalore. Some of the dance forms shown are Framework (an all rhythm and melody dance which combines music), Episodes (dance movements set to music in a ten-beat scale), Thadai Podathey (a flowing dance set to a
Ghazal) and Gajaanana (a dance drama version of the story of Lord Ganesh).
