Employment Visas

A foreigner who wishes to come to India for employment purposes should apply for an employment visa. Such visas are issued to skilled and qualified professionals/persons who are engaged or appointed by companies, organizations, and economic undertakings as technicians, technical experts, and senior executives. The applicants need to submit proof of contract or employment or engagement of foreign nationals by the company or organization. The visas are initially granted for a period of one year and can be extended in India up to the period of contract.
