Dutch Cemetery

The Dutch Cemetery is one of the tourist attractions in Fort Kochi, Kerala. Consecrated in 1724, the tombstones here are the most authentic record of the hundreds of Europeans who had left their homeland on a mission to expand their colonial empires, an event which eventually had changed the course of history of this land. The cemetery is now administered by the Church of South India.
