Dhurwas

Dhurwas are one of the tribal groups of Madhya Pradesh. They are the third largest adivasi (Indigenous) group in Bastar following the tribes of the Marias and Murias. They are also called Parjas. Dhurwa settlements are concentrated on the regions in and around Dantewara and Konta. These areas link to most taluks situated to the south of Madhya Pradesh.
