Dhodi




Dhodi is a sacred village situated near the town of Ladwa in Kurukshetra District of Haryana. This place is said to have been visited by the Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib, the ninth guru of the Sikhs. The village centers round a famous shrine called Gurdwara Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Patshahi Nauvin, built in memory of the visit of Guru Sahib.

Dhodi is about 16 km from Kurukshetra. The nearest railway station is at Kurukshetra. The nearest airport is at Chandigarh.
