Dhaula Kuan

Dhaula Kuan is a beautiful place situated on the road to Paonta Sahib, 20 km from Nahan. The sprawling orchards, rich with citrus plants and mangoes, which one can find on the way, provides a soothing sight. The place also houses a research institute and a fruit canning factory.

The Kastasan Devi temple, located a little away from Dhaula Kuan, is worth a visit. It was built by Raja Jagat Singh to commemorate his victory over the advancing army of Rulam Quadir Rohilla.
