Dhanya Lakshmi

Dhanya Lakshmi, one among the Ashtalakshmis, is the Goddess who blesses her devotees with essential nutrients, grains, fruits, vegetables and other foods, and banishes famine. Literally ‘Dhanya’ means grains. She, an incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi, is depicted as holding a few sheaves of rice in her hand.
