Dhamma Dhaja

Dhamma Dhaja (Banner of Dhamma) is situated at the foot of the Shivalik mountains, in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. It lies on 40 acres of lush green farm land.

The center aims at promoting the practice of Vipassana, one of India's most ancient meditation techniques. Vipassana is the practical spirit of the teachings of Buddha, who taught Dhamma - the Universal Law of Nature. The center offers regular ten-day meditation courses.
