Dhadair Dance

Dhadair or Thadair, a dance form of Sirmaur District in Himachal Pradesh, is danced according to Rudra Tal.

During performance, the participants hold weapons like bows, arrows, knives and sticks and head to their imaginary opponents. The theme of the songs sung is adopted from the local history.
