Daurala, a prominent industrial town in
Meerut District, is situated 15 km from
Meerut and 90 km from
Delhi, on the Delhi-
Dehradun national highway. The town, surrounded by sugarcane and rice fields, is known for its industry Daurala Sugar Works, which was established in the pre-independence era in the year 1932.
Sardhana, famous for the Basilica of Our Lady of Graces and the palace of Begum Samru, is about 8 km from here.
