Dark Blue Tiger Butterfly

Dark Blue Tiger (Tirumala septentrionis dravidarum) is a common migrant butterfly found in the hills of South India and the Himalayas, up to an altitude of 2700 m. It is also seen at low elevations during wet weather. The insect is fond of flowers of fabaceae.
