Dargah Kaliyar Sharif is situated at Roorkee, in
Uttaranchal. This 800 year old Muslim shrine is dedicated to Baba Sabir, a medieval Muslim saint known for his miracles. Another Muslim saint Qutbe-Alam built the Baba’s grave and the mosque at Kaliyar. Today Qutbe-Alam’s descendant, Shah Mansoor Aijaz Sabri is the religious head of Kaliyar Sharif.
