Dabar is a town located in Jammu District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 26 km from Jammu, the district headquarters. It is at an altitude of about 1,371 ft above sea level.
Chhapanu (1 km west), Niun Ban (1 km north), Riala (2 km east) and Phare (1 km) are situated close to Dabar. Dogra Art Museum, Gadhadharji Temple, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine and Bahu Fort constitute the tourist and religious interest in the region.
