DAV Institute of Engineering and Technology is situated in Jalandhar District, Punjab. It was established in 2001 under the support of DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi. It extends to an area of about 18 acre. The institute offers high quality education.
The college conducts various engineering courses including Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
The college provides well-equipped classrooms and labs. Workshops are organized in Carpentry, Pattern making, Fitting, Smithy, Welding, Painting and Sheet Metal and Foundry. Hostel facilities are arranged for both boys and girls with computer accessing facility in each room.
