Cutch Tree

Cutch Tree is an astringent with cooling and digestive properties, distributed from the Himalayas to the south of India. It is a small sized tree with 2-pinnate leaves. The young parts are dark brown or purple and glabrous. Glands are present in-between most of the pairs and a large one is present in the middle of the petiole. The plant has thin and shining pods with a beak at the apex.
