Conch Shell Calx is the calcinated conch case of Turbinella pyrum. It is useful in hyperchlorhydria, sprue, colic and hepatosplenomegaly. It is noted for its antacid and digestive properties.
It is also known as Shankha, Shankha Bhasma and Conch Shell Ash.
