Colaba Causeway




Colaba Causeway, situated in the south end of Mumbai’s claw-shaped peninsula, is one of the main center of tourist activity in Maharashtra. It is a vibrant fashionable suburb and a busy commercial thoroughfare, which extends to the end of the promontory.

Beginning from Regal Cinema, Colaba Causeway is the tourist hub, which runs parallel to the Gateway of India. The place, dotted with several shops, restaurants, hotels and the main landmarks, is the main tourist hub in the city.

Major point of tourist interest include the Sasson Dock and the Church of St John the Evangelist, also known as the Afghan Church.
