Chestnut-shouldered Petronia (Petronia xanthocollis) is a local common breeding resident, found in dry wooded areas of
Haryana. Locally called Raji or Junglee Chidiya, the bird is quite similar to house sparrow but with a lemon yellow patch on the throat.
