Changanacherry Pazhayapalli




Changanacherry Pazhayapalli is a famous mosque situated at Changanacherry, 18 km south of Kottayam. It stands on a piece of land donated by a king of Rhekkumkur. The mosque is believed to be more than 1000 years old. A Bhagavathi temple and a Catholic church situated in its vicinity speak of the religious harmony of the people here.
