Chandanasavam

In Ayurveda, Chandanasavam is used to cure vaginal diseases, premature ejaculation, bleeding, night emission and chronic gonorrhea. This Asava is also effective in handling excessive heat in pregnant ladies.

It is mainly made from Chandan (white sandalwood). Other ingredients are licorice, pepper, turmeric, berberis, amla, asparagus, vasa, babul, sugar and grapes.
